We know you have many choices when choosing a Chiropractor in Paramus, NJ, so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call as soon as possible. Charges may be incurred for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment time.
Calling us prior to scheduling, and giving us your Insuance ID number, and date of birthmay speed things up if you have difficulty obtaining coverage in our offices. We are in all HMO/PPO coverage panels for Aetna, Cigna, Oxford,United Healthcare Insurance(including Empire-United Healthcare).
We participate in network with all BC/BS PPO, and traditional plans.
We presently do-not participate in-network with BC/BS HMO and managed care plans.(for-out of network BC/BS plans, you must pay a set deductable,co-payment, and possible a co-insurance. Arrangements for extending plans are available if you intend on being a patient.
Payment Methods at the Synergy Wellness & Back Pain office by cash,check or credit card,
Discover, Mastercard, Visa, American Express.(no-debit cards).
Payment At Chestnut Chiropractic Center is by cash or check only.
